My work is inspired my my cultural background, my health journey, and my continuing education on optimal human health and functional medicine. I have been cooking for the masses for as long as I can remember, always excited to cook for new friends in new places I have lived. I believe it was for the joy of seeing people enjoy food. It is really such a blissful moment when nothing matters but the people around you and the nourishing food on your plate. The pause, the smile, the mmm, is all I need to know it was a success. Over the years my career has blessed me with so many opportunities to learn about the regeneration of our planet. Human health is directly related to the health of our beautiful planet. When we take care of her, she takes care of us. I offer private chef services to heal people in their gatherings but also host events focused around education of where all of this passion is coming from. I hope one day I get to meet you, feed you, and heal you.

Private Chef

Perfect for families who do not have the time to cook incredible, nutritions, and well sourced meals. A private chef will come to your home, and make your family a meal that will be delicious and nourishing. Available for singular occasions, weekly, and longer term contracts.

Holiday parties, weddings, large amounts of family in town, or just want to bring your friends together for fun? Hosting an event through FMK is easy. We cater and curate events of any size using farm to table food sources, and super friendly, knowledge, nutrition focused staff.
